What the App Does
Moreeh is a local services marketplace that connects residents of Qatif and nearby areas in Saudi Arabia with trusted local service providers. Users can browse service listings, book appointments, and chat with providers in-app. To create an account and verify their identity, users must confirm their phone number using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS.

OTP Consent Wording
"By entering your phone number and requesting a verification code, you consent to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS from Moreeh to verify your phone number. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out by not completing the verification process. Your phone number is used solely for account verification and account recovery and will not be used for marketing without your separate consent."
This wording is displayed to users on the registration screen next to the phone number field.
Privacy Policy
Moreeh operates a local services marketplace for users in Qatif and nearby areas. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect your name, email address, phone number, and city when you register. Phone numbers are verified via SMS OTP to ensure account security.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and verify your account.

3. SMS Communications
SMS messages (including OTP verification codes) are sent through an approved provider (Unifonic). Standard messaging rates may apply. We do not send promotional SMS without your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., SMS delivery, hosting) under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from the Settings page. We process deletion requests in compliance with applicable Saudi data protection regulations.

By registering, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages (including OTP verification codes) necessary to operate your account. Promotional messages require separate consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Moreeh acts as a marketplace connecting users and providers. We are not liable for the quality or outcome of services rendered by third-party providers.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
